APPOINTMENTS

How It Works

  1. Initial Intake / Assessment
You’ll complete a health history questionnaire (which may include lifestyle related questions and coverage provider questions in order to advise on the best pricing and coverage options that suit your healthcare and lifestyle needs).

  2. Consultation (virtual or in-person)
A licensed clinician reviews your history, assesses eligibility and creates personalised titration plans when needed.

  3. Education Session / Product Selection
A cannabis educator will help you understand product options, dosing and titration guides, method, safety.

  4. Submission to Licensed Producer (LP)
If approved, your medical document is sent to your chosen LP(s) who offer high quality medicinal cannabis in regulation with Health Canada Standards.

  5. Follow-up & Titration
Over time, we monitor your response, adjust dose, and guide you through ongoing care and treatment options.

Virtual Care or In‑Clinic Options

  • Virtual care (phone / video): convenient and accessible for most follow‑ups or initial visits.

  • In‑person visits: available locally in Brampton at our clinic. Perfect for patients who need extra support registering with LPs or placing orders for medical cannabis.
